Ginger may reduce pain and inflammation.

Lemon possesses vitamin C, a water soluble antioxidant that repairs damage outside and inside the cells.

An apple a day keeps the boogie man away with its powerful flavonoids.

½ bunch of parsley (flat leaf or curly)

2 stalks of celery

½ unpeeled lemon

1 inch piece of ginger

3 cored apples
